We’ve been in this storage space for over a year and it’s been wonderful! Alex is always so nice and helpful. Small things about this place really impress me. We moved from a bigger unit to a smaller unit and it was effortless. When we moved into both of our units (one a year ago and then today) the smallest detail of putting the lock in the unit and cutting the plastic so we could open the packaging for our lock was just one of those small details that really makes me feel like they think of everything. Place was clean and secure. Alex did a wonderful job communicating with me and calibrating my expectations for move out expectations and dates. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage in the area.
We use storage facilities all over the country. We were treated so professionally by Alex who took amazing care of us and all our questions and needs. Definitely a standout in the crowd!
The young blonde guy working on Friday afternoon was so very nice! I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he was so helpful and patient with us. I am very grateful! Customer service is so important and it doesn’t seem to exist anymore these days! So, THANK YOU!
Many opinions about this Extra Space. Positives: Very friendly staff, good location. Negatives: People living in their units, dirty, many break ins, horrible bathroom, price goes up very often, unsafe ice on one side of the building, doors often open on their own do to tenants bypassing the keypad outside. Assumption: the real owners of the building are one step below slum lords. Don’t care about the customer, the staff or the building. Reluctant to fix the gates, sliding doors or property.
