RecommendedReserving a storage space could not have been easier. It was all done over the phone, speaking with a real person. I requested a unit that had drive up access and as promised, I received that type and a complimentary lock was placed inside it and I began filling the unit the next day. This is my second time using this particular location (Arnold/Annapolis) that can be seen when driving on 50, the exit just before the one for Severna Park -Ritchie Hwy. I strongly recommend Extra Storage. Mariann
