Rented a unit online (was super easy).. had a couple questions and called and spoke with Jeff who is onsite at the facility.. Jeff was super helpful and even went out of his way to follow-up to make sure that all of my questions were fully addressed.. highly recommend for your storage needs!!!
I had the best experience at Extra space storage on Grace Baker Rd. Staff was very friendly and informative. The assistant manager Kendra was very knowledgeable about services offered and prices of the units. I will refer anyone I know who is need of a storage all because of her! very welcoming smile and positive attitude!! You have a customer for life! Extra space is the way to go
The worker who checked me in could not have been nicer or more helful! The space is clean, convenient and feels very safe. And the price is wonderful for the space I have.
