Looked at 6 other storage companies in my area, ExtraSpace had the best price for the unit size and style I wanted, environment was clean and great reviews. I wanted a 10X10 drive-up unit. Kayla is awesome and made the set up quick and easy, really appreciate having worked with her.
Everything was great, from customer service to quality if the units. The only reason it isn't a 5 is because the units are not exactly the size that they advertise
