Communication was excellent from the start. I looked online, a chat was available immediately. I explained my needs, and within minutes an employee from my local unit called me and was very polite and clear in what he said. When I went in, he was extremely helpful. Unit is exactly what I need, easy to get to and the whole facility is extremely clean.

Jared was very friendly to deal with. The facility was clean and well lit. The loading area is large and smooth so things don't bounce off the cart like at other facilities.

I am so happy I rented a space with Extra Space Storage in Chalfont (505 W. Butler Ave).
