I had been looking for months for a place to store my travel trailer when a place opened up here. Great location for me and the price was right. Bonus - across the street from my favorite bakery, Southern Olive. Alicia was very friendly and got me setup in no time. Places are 12 feet wide and everywhere else I looked they were 10 feet wide. My trailer is 8 feet wide and besides not having a lot of extra maneuvering room it was impossible for me to get into my trailer if someone was parked next to me. Should not be a proble... read more
My experience with extra space was very good and helpful. I haven’t started using it yet but I’m anxious to get started to see if the space works for me. I’ll be able to answer better later on after I started using it
I’ve used Extra Space Storage, in 3 or 4 different locations over the past 10 years. Alicia Homberger, the Manager,was both professional and cordial in helping to update my auto payment plan. She immediately send me an email to confirm my transaction. She is an asset to the company, and sets an example of how a store should be managed.5 star rating.

The STAFF at Extra Space Indian Land is the best trained & most professional I’ve seen anywhere in a 15 mile radius. They watch the units as if they were their own!! They keep the area very clean and everything WORKS! every time--you would think it's a new facility! The ONLY downside is corporate raises rates every 4 months. I have multiple 10 x 20 units : o so raising the rent $100 + on each unit forced me to relocate everything To another company. Sadly this Extra Space is by far the most expensive I’ve ever seen.
