The front desk is very nice. And on long hot moving days in the storage unit they remind you they have a cool clean lobby with free water. They also fix issues really quick I highly recommend this location.

Very pleasant experience at the Dover road location setting up a new unit. Ariana was exceptional in taking the time over weeks to go over promotions until I was ready to finalize a unit. I really appreciate her thorough service and will definitely recommend this location.

Super thorough and a great experience. Very clean facility with plenty of parking and everything feels very secure. Lease signing was painless and I left with no questions on answered. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

This company is fantastic. I rented a storage unit through another company and my locker and code to get in were inaccessible because they somehow mixed up my drivers license number with someone elses. I had just moved across the country and had no where to put my belongings as the house I rented was too small. I called extra space storage and they rented me a locker within 15 minutes and I moved my belongings in within an hour. They really saved the day. Thank you for being professional, quick, and empathic.
