I had a great experience doing business at this location, Melody was so helpful and knowledgable about the packing products and prices. She really changed my opinion on this place for the better and went the extra mile to assist me. Very professional and fast service at this location. They have recently upgraded the facility so its safer and has cylinder locks were are a huge plus....Ask for Melody
So far an unpleasant experience. Staff unprofessional and unreasonable. I have an issue for 2 months now and can't get one person to reason this particular problem. District manager very unprofessional and rude.

I was hoping to stay at this facility at least 6-8 months. But after 3 months of renting my unit I'm going to have to leave. The staff isn't the problem the rate increase is. My 10x10 unit is going up by $80! From $153 to $233. They do not have trolleys or dolly's like other Extra Space facilities.

Pretty good location. I think they could do better with there service in regards to late accounts we fell behind due to covid and considering we are still in a pandemic they said we had to be there in person to handle paperwork that could have easily been handled online like it had been handled.

I won a storage at an auction. I had the invoice for it on my phone. My license had expired and i was not allowed to get my things from there losing my 109 deposit along with the $150 fron the auction. The staff on artesia . especially Michelle are rude and stuck up. While i was there i saw them treat most of the customers badly

BEWARE!! Will rent out from under you if you're trying to put anything in storage! Received EMAIL confirmation + spoke to the MANAGER of this location, Salvador, who said we could come in around 3pm with our registration, etc., and pay upon arrival. Just received phone call that our spot is NO LONGER AVAILABLE because they're apparently first come first serve and "someone came this morning" despite us making this reservation an hour ago.

Horrible service! I understand that since we are not on the lease they cannot let us in. We even updated the debit card for the automatic payments, same name and bank account just the new card. We have obviously been paying the storage lease for many years. But once we got that fixed they decided to close. Another storage office from their branch was calling them and even sent them an email, no answer or reply! Had us waiting for hours! And when the only worker had to step out to attend another customer, she had us waiting ... read more

Treats customers very rudely, my grandfather is a 78 year old man, been a customer for iver 5 years and has repeatedly increase the price of his tiny 5 by 10 unit..i just helped him move out of this storage unit here, his bill was due the 27 of august, he paid 3 weeks in advance at the beginning of the month, when he asked the The Cocasion female manager to prorate him for his unit she said no because they was no notification.
