Kudos to Floyd All companies should be so lucky to have employees as reliable and willing to please as Floyd. Customers are always greeted with a smile...questions are always answered. He is always busy...the office area is so well-organized, and the storage facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. He makes paying my monthly bill a pleasure (well, almost--LOL).
