I am becoming homeless. I called the main number for Extra Space to inquire about a 5'x10' unit at the Enfield location. I was told there were no units that size available so I was talked into putting a "hold" on a 10'x10' unit. Was told I would get a reduced monthly rate since my needed size was unavailable.
