I love Extra Space storage so far. The price was reasonable, customer service was great! I like the location. My only issue is that there is no elevator in the building where my storage unit is located. We have to use the elevator from another building. The buildings are connected, so that's fine, but it is a kind of long walk.
We are going to use the unit for a long period. We just started to move things only a week ago and so far everything is great.
