Chi made renting at Extra Space Storage a complete breeze. She was extremely efficient and made the process very stress free. I also really appreciated her going out of her way to bring me a cart to my unit because she saw that I needed one. I have rented at several storage facilities in the past but the customer service here along with the quick & easy process is unmatched. 5 stars!
Very kind and helpful staff (Chi). Smooth easy sign up for extra storage. Chi made sure I had landmarks to finding my unit and gave helpful pointers to ensure closing and locking my new unit was done properly. Unit is clean-property is well maintained.
I have had an amazing experience with this facility. First, it's super clean and secure. The lobby area and the storage area were very well kept, especially the bathrooms--pro tip, always check the bathrooms when deciding on a storage place. The best part, though is Danny, who was extremely professional and easy to work with. He absolutely closed the deal in terms of my experience here. Danny deserves employee of the month for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this place, and ask for Danny!
What a great experience! The units are well priced and the customer service is really wonderful. I was able to book my unit over the phone and it was very easy! Chi helped me get set up with my unit at the facility and she was absolutely delightful and so helpful! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage until
We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the Extra Space Storage facility. The unit we rented was very clean when we moved all of our belongings in. The entire facility remained very clean as we witnessed in the year and a half we rented. We dealt with several office staff and each one was very pleasant and very helpful each time we went into the facility. Sorry we cannot remember specific names! We recommend this facility with the highest rating possible.
