She couldnt cut the lock due to an injury but called in another lady from another location, her name is Sylvia, I would have had to throw away a bunch of stuff if they hadn’t helped out! This was my first storage had it for a year at the Alamo Ranch location in San Antonio. The store manager Nikki has outstanding customer service and was always very helpful. I didn't have any problems while using their storage and it was a good experience.
