I love Extra Space Storage; I've used them off and on at different places for my business and they are always very helpful and professional. I really appreciate having management on site and the properties are always clean and well taken care of.
So far the unit is great. Bigger than I expected. The only downside is that I had bought my own lock and intended on returning the one we purchase when first getting the unit, but my unit had no hole to put anything but a cylinder lock on it. The others around me did, so I was disappointed mine didn’t.
My name is Phillip and I love this place. Jax was amazing to work with. She was a huge help getting me checked in and helping me get my 2nd unit with them. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough going through all the details. I left feeling extremely comfortable about my new unit and the contract details. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!
Stopped in to make a payment for someone else. The young lady I delt with was very friendly and extremely helpful. I rarely see customer service that good. If I am ever in need of a storage unit I would definitely use Extra space Storage. Wish I could give more then 5 stars.
