Sara and CeeCee are the greatest they both are so professional, and helpful but most of all very compassionate. My daughter was going through some tough times and was struggling with paying for her storage unit. The receptionist (Gabriel) on the phone was extremely informative and got my reservation set up. I stopped in the office to make sure the contract got signed and Karen was so personable in her customer service approach, very welcoming and thorough. I stopped in again and Ethan from Greenwood was in the office and showed me where my unit was located and we tested my gate code All my encounters at the Allisonville location gave the best and most friendly customer service I have ever gotten
