Sara and CeeCee are the greatest they both are so professional, and helpful but most of all very compassionate. My daughter was going through some tough times and was struggling with paying for her storage unit. These two ladies showed the compassion and understanding and gave her suggestions to help with her situation. We are so grateful to both of them. The compassion and great customer service they provided was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage because of the quality of care they provide to their customers. The receptionist (Gabriel) on the phone was extremely informative and got my reservation set up. I stopped in the office to make sure the contract got signed and Karen was so personable in her customer service approach, very welcoming and thorough. I stopped in again and Ethan from Greenwood was in the office and showed me where my unit was located and we tested my gate code All my encounters at the Allisonville location gave the best and most friendly customer service I have ever gotten

First of all the Customer service was amazing she was so very professional and thoughtful and helpful I’m very emotional these days and she just made me feel so welcome and I had a Thousand questions and she answered everyone of them I could go on and on about this young lady that’s at your facility at 4410 Allisonville Rd. I am also very pleased with the facility itself I like the looks of everything I feel very comfortable storing my stuff in there. Thanks for being there for me at such a trying time in my life I would definitely recommend extra space storage to anyone.
