I ordered my unit online. The process was simple and straight forward. Once I completed the online ordering the Storage manager Nick called me and welcomed me. I told him I was busy and asked if he would email me some additional information, which he did in less than five minutes. Through out the rest of the rental process, Nick, was always available by phone or email. Couldn't have had a better experience.
