I was in a bind after the place I made a reservation for ended up being closed on my move-in day. ESS had great reviews online and was readily available to help me. The Leasing Professional was very customer service oriented.

The facility is clean and well maintained. Raymond did an excellent job of explaining the process of renting a unit and taking me to the unit so I would know where it was. There's a lot of security measures in place so I feel safe when moving in my belongings.
Excellent customer service and ease of move in. Facility is always clean and secure. If there are any issues (is gate not working one day) I am immediately notified by email or text.
