Do NOT store your items here...period. A big rip-off and their ''reason'' for continued rate increases are..laughable...at best. We were told that they were due to...increase demand...of ALL storage places, which we highly doubt. So, they think by raising the rates every few months, they are going to stop that from happening? When looking at storage needs and you come across this place - RUN. They are unprofessional and criminals as they will continue to take $$ after you've moved out. The woman who works here is very rude and will tell you one thing and do another. I've had many storage units in my life and hands down the management here sucks. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Ive rented storage from other places but this facility price increases are ridiculous . It starts out fair but before you know it ypur paying an ungodly amount for a small space. I found tbe management to be rude at times and had a Napoleon complex if you drive thru without putting in your code . I will never refer or recomend this storage facility to anyone

After a nasty divorce and being emotionally drained, I left up to my stepdad to get a place for my furniture to be stored. It started at $145.00 and after 3 years, is $210. Do not utilize this place. They seem inexpensive at first but then they hike the rate. They look like a clean location but look next door. If you are not on the lease (even if you pay for the rental and utilize your credit card). They treat you as a second hand citizen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. REALLLLLY sick of haggling with you guys about my rates/auto-pay. Why does my auto pay never come through? I have set this up wayyyy too many times with you. The rate raise doesn't make much sense to me either, so I asked why? "well, supply and demand. Plus we have to pay for our parking lots to get paved." Look, I understand supply and demand. If demand is high- BUILD MORE UNITS! Your parking lot is a COST OF DOING BUSINESS. I pay $105 for my stuff to sit in your garage- I started at $89 and it was up to $115 within a year.

I have rented at ExtraSpace for over two years. I would NOT recommend this place due to the fact that they give a decent price up front and then they raise your rates after you've moved in. It is decent enough, but if you have anywhere else in mind, I would go there!
