Be aware!!. You won't keep for too long the rate that you receive when you sign up. In mid October I rented a unit for a fee of $246 a month and not even 3 months into my lease, I received a notice in the mail saying that my rate was going up to $330 next month. That is $84 difference, a 35% increase!! and I didn't even get a 30 day notice, as provided by law.
