Re: unit B321 F Glencoe Marina Del Rey CA 90292 I started paying $262 for a 10x10 unit with elevator access. Without any notice, the rent doubled to $514 over the years. I find it unfair that the same 10x10 unit with elevator access is now being advertised for $387. Where is the grandfather pricing for loyal tenants like myself who have been at the property for a decade? I worked with George and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable on the units that were available, the sizes, locations of units within the facility for easy access coupled with his follow up, his attention to my my needs, and his upbeat personality made my experience pleasurable.
I was dreading the prospect of looking for a storage unit but George at ExtraSpace in Marina del Rey made it so easy (and hilariously fun!). He was really patient explaining my options (even when I asked him to repeat prices and unit sizes repeatedly.) He even helped me set the combination on my lock while still maintaining my privacy on the number. He went above and beyond. And an added plus… he made me laugh the whole time.
Awesome. I am very unwell and in a lot of pain and your staff was so kind and efficient. The past few times I have come to my unit I don't have enough time and end up being a few minutes late leaving due to my condition and the staff is always understanding and nice.
My experience with the Marina del Rey Extra Space Storage has been great, from the first phone call to my move in date. Steve and Ricky were knowledgeable and friendly, and assisted me in finding the appropriate sized storage unit for my needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. and seems secure.
