Recommendedrenda at the Orem location was super nice, and helpful. I was able to go in, see the storage spaces, compare prices and get on my way. She provided me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions to help me make a decision. In my opinion give her a raise!! 😊

They raise our rent every few months. They have raised it almost $50. Over the almost 2 years we've been there. Also they have a very strict policy about spouses. I was not able to attend setting up the storage unit with my husband as I was caring for a newborn at the time. My husband told them it needed to be in my name so I could handle everything with it. They niglected to even include me on the account. But the phone number and email are mine :/ smh! And they won't give me gate code, or any info. No matter how much I ca... read more
