A good place BUT the light in our unit has never worked consistently and now it has been completely dead for a year and a half. That means we rely on the hall lights---which go off after a few minutes when the motion detector detects no motion. So you have to go out of your unit (we have the largest) and into the hall and walk up and down and wave your arms. Meanwhile, the rent rate has gone up.
