All I have done thus far is paid for my first month and seen my storage. For now, I will say this has been a fairly painless experience. I'm knocking one star off because the prices on their website is not what you will be paying. You have to throw an extra insurance package on top of that the cheapest being $11/month. So, at minimum, throw $11/month on top of whatever you see.
