It was easy to get the unit over the phone and the person that I was working with was very nice and helpful. The only problem I have is that I was not told that the only type of lock that is used on these units is a cylinder lock. I told him that I had a lock of my own and he never mentioned that it had to be a cylinder lock. So that guarantees that I had to purchase one of your locks.
Location is very convenient. Clean and easy to access unit at a competitive rate. Staff is very helpful and courteous. This was my first experience renting a storage unit and this ExtraSpace location has set my standards going forward.

This has been a great and easy experience. I purchased my unit online, drove to the facility, input the code in the gate, and found my unit with no problem. I would recommend them to others.
I've had my things in a unit for about a week, & in already have mouse poop, & started to eat at my stuff that wasn't in bins. I PRAY that they don't get into anything else as I keep everything I belong in it right now.. unfortunately had to take things out because of the mice. Not very happy.. before I got the unit, it had a spot on the ground that was nasty mushed up something. It was disgusting.
