The experience was excellent! I reserved a storage space through the website, the website was very easy to navigate through and understand. I love the virtual tour, it definitely saved me from having to cancel the first size that I thought would be big enough and was too small. The fellas were very helpful and knowledgeable about the rental units. They were also very upfront with the costs associated with getting a storage unit there. I personally chose to pay for two years in advance so that I could lock in the lowest rate possible for that time frame. Grounds appeared to be clean and well maintained with more than adequate security. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the help again fellas, helped to make a stressful process, relatively painless!
William was absolutely amazing! After a stressful move and long travels he helped us find the right unit and was more than accommodating. He definitely made the day easier and the conversation eased our stress. Great price, great location, and the unit was clean and easy to access.
