Excellent service from Elexus and Ebony were excellent to deal with. We are just staring out with Extra Space but looking forward to using them many times in the future. I had dealings with other storage unit companies in the area which did not treat me well but very happy with Extra Storage. Thanks

Service here was great. Assistant Manager Elexus helped me out and left me in good spirits. It’s my first time getting a storage space and I loved her service. I would only be coming to this storage to deal with her !

It is so disappointing to have to give the lowest rating. One the occasion I was able to speak with someone, the customer service was fine. There were times, however when no one was available at the front desk or answered phone calls. And the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF ALL was the condition of my unit due to RODENT FECES, URINE, A NEST AND A DEAD MOUSE. My unit contained NO FOOD or NO PERISHABLE ITEMS. Best experience!!! Elexus had great customer service! Even though I was flustered with my children she remained nice while providing info on my mother’s unit. She also informed me on rates and fees that will accommodate our lifestyle !

I had the pleasure of speaking with Elexus, she was very professional, with excellent customer service, best experience I’ve had, she made me feel at ease with renting a unit. Gave me all fees and rates and what would best work for me! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a unit! Keep up the great work Elexus and thank you so much for all your help
