I reserved a unit online after hearing all the great reviews. I went to move my stuff two weeks later and someone had moved me out of my unit. It was empty. So when I got there and contacted the gentleman on duty, he apologized, made a few phone calls and said I got another unit all set for you. What stated out as a potential nightmare turned into a great experience. I'm not even gonna knock a star off this for the rented unit bc how fast they replaced it.
