Steven was training someone at the time. They were both awesome ! Showed me a unit size. And even took the time to direct me to mine and show me how the code works! My transitions every time have been smooth! Love the carts ! Very helpful! So clean and cool (A/C) will always recommend!
I was looking for storage sight unseen and pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and ease at which I was able to enter the property and unload my belongings. Would recommend
The front office was amazing and helpful. The facility is clean and carts are always there. One complaint is the series of passwords you have to enter to get in. I like the security the issue is the codes are long and not the easiest thing to enter 4 times (to get in the gate, get in the build and to go up one floor, then to get back out).
They were fast, efficient and courteous.
Hector was very helpful and polite. Beth at the reservation station, was also very helpful and polite. The price was right and the faciality is very clean and organized.
