The front office was amazing and helpful. The facility is clean and carts are always there. One complaint is the series of passwords you have to enter to get in. I like the security the issue is the codes are long and not the easiest thing to enter 4 times (to get in the gate, get in the build and to go up one floor, then to get back out).
They were fast, efficient and courteous.
Hector was very helpful and polite. Beth at the reservation station, was also very helpful and polite. The price was right and the faciality is very clean and organized.

This is my first time renting with Extra Space Storage. The online process was very easy and Hector was awesome to work with. The facility itself was clean and it was easy finding my individual unit.
