I have used Extra Space Storage for about 7 years now. The facility is always clean and neat! It's always easy access to your storage unit. The people in the office are always so nice and very accommodating! I have used other storage units and have not had nearly as good an experience as I have had with Extra Space Storage! Other storage facilities increase their prices about every 6 months. There have not been nearly as many increases at Extra Space Storage! Please try them! You won't be sorry you did!
My experience has been terrible my stuff hasn't even been there 24 hrs and my storage was broken into and stuff stolen and damaged. Filing a complaint Starting to believe this was a inside job attached to someone who works at the facility spoke with a Attorney waiting to see what there going to do to fix the situation
I’ve rented a large unit here for 2 years. The place is clean and the entrance gate has always worked. Andrea the manager is very helpful and does a great job! She constantly makes her rounds keeping the place up to standards. The negative is my 10 X 30 unit has no light so I have to bring my own to see in the back and my rent increase has been very high over the 2 years.
Really easy to move in. It was quick and convenient. I've always used " All Storage," but they no longer exist but this one did the job. I love that they have a gate and everyone can access without proper permissions.
I hope Extra Space Storage knows that they've got gold with Andrea. She can really make you feel like your stuff is personally being looked after when you leave it in their storage facility. Sometimes things get crazy and a payment might get missed... I can't appreciate enough the courtesy call I received letting me know that a payment didn't go through instead of ignoring it and finding out the next time I arrive with expectations of dropping off or picking up only to find out that I dropped the ball and now owe late fees e... read more
