Extra Space Storage

During my 8 months using a storage unit, the overhead door was out of service for about 2 weeks, meaning everything had to go through the narrow doorway. Called to request a rebate and info on when it would be fixed but no answer was given. That said, I still do like this place, it is squeaky clean, plenty of carts, lots of light, good climate control and most importantly the office staff is super-friendly and willing to help out in any way they can.

No strong feelings either way yet. I don't like that i can't access my stuff 24/7 but they were pretty easy to work with in the office. We got a big drive-up unit so that made moving pretty easy, but i feel like they price gauge a little in terms of buying boxes/packing materials/i feel like they could lower their monthly rates a little.

I have only first impressions here but I found the facility to be immaculate and easy to get around in. The staff was helpful and while we had a couple hiccups on the code access, all was resolved and I was on my way in no time.

This place went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. The customer service was fantastic. I needed a place to store my antique car and I was helped by multiple employees throughout the process. Coming here exceeded my expectations and I will not go anywere else on River Road for my storage needs.

The guys at Extra Space Storage have been very courteous and helpful! The space is clean, convenient, and at a very reasonable cost.

You can not go wrong with these guys. I have been renting multiple units from them for the past few years and have never had any issues. You have many storage choices on River road. It seems like every other building is a different storage facility. But extra space goes above and beyon the rest by offering a clean, safe place to store all of the crap you can not stand to part with just yet. Sampson, the property manager, is great, and will make sure that you have everything you need. The rest of his staff are just as... read more

Rent elsewhere. This business used a bait and switch game. You sign up and low and behold the rate immediately doubles and without notification. Get a more trustworthy place. This really is not
