Obtaining a storage unit was very quick, easy and convenient. The staff members were welcoming, friendly and always available. Because of Covid-19 majority of our communication took place on the phone even when it came to touring and entering the storage unit but despite all of that the process still went smooth. I also Highly appreciate the security and cleanliness of the facility.

Wonderful experience leading us to choose ExtraSpace Storage for our temporary needs, and ever since! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and were flexible in changing our space when we realized we needed a larger unit. Got us set up with a lock, clear instructions on how to use everything, clean, good quality, easy access. Very happy with our experience our first week!!
Every step of the process was smooth and pleasant. Great staff willing to take the time to show me different units and make recommendations based on my needs. They were willing to hold a specific unit for me while I got my plan figured out. I was in and out of there with the rental process in about 15 minutes as I recall.
