AL is the consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Being that this was first time renting a storage unit I was kind on nervous but he helped assure me that my personal belongings would be in good hands… I highly recommend anyone looking for a good place to leave their property to stop by and lease a unit!!

I wish I could give more than four stars. This is the best experience I've ever had purchasing a storage unit the young lady at the location I believe her name is Tara if her name is not Tara I apologize but she made everything so very very easy I have a lot of very expensive things It was easy to make sure that my things are insured and the climate control there won't be any rodent droppings or rodent damage on to my very expensive furniture. Called to check status of reservation as I had not receive a link to complete my reservation. The lady I talked to on the phone was not only rude but did not listen. I tried explaining I need the steps on what to do since I had not received anything to complete my rental. After repeating myself 4 times she finally gets what I’m asking and states that she can complete it over the phone. After how rude she was I decided I did not want to work with her.
