My friend had rats get into her unit and they ate through all of her belongings. The staff was rude and horrible to her.

I have 2 units at 4755 Nelson Brogdon in Sugar Hill. Came by this morning 8:10 AM to drop off some items for a move. Entered my gate code and received a display code that said “Access Granted” but the gate wouldn’t open. Tried multiple times with both access codes and got the same result each time. Tried calling the center manager number and National 888-storage number but no one answered. Sat in the parking lot for over an hour trying to call and enter periodically but no luck.
