Had set up and reserved a storage unit online that I was very happy with but once I arrived the property manager helped me find a better Unit and price that fit my needs a little better which made me go from very happy to extremely happy with the storage. And I don’t even have to worry about buying a lock since everything is done electronically over the phone through Bluetooth
Very easy online rental process and great follow up communication with the staff.
cynthia and ben have been awesome at this location! from my first experience last year with the online customer service to the store and at location customer service has been great always!
Overall a great experience. Employees are very kind and helpful.

The Extra Space on Kirby has above and beyond customer service. The gentlemen working the front desk offered to help and he brought a buggy for me to use. He told me that he was there about 6 days a week and if I ever need a hand, that it is easier for him to help me that for me to get hurt. I recommend this place.
