Chenice is so kind and patient. The property is clean and well maintained. Customer service is superior! I recommend them to everyone I know!!

Hello my name is David I just wanna say that I love the customer service at the Hollywood extra space storage there's two Ladies there that work very hard every day that I see them they are moving, assisting customers loading and unloading cleaning the whole area to make it a better place to store your vehicles, and equipment these two ladies are Rosa and Shanice.. two of the hardest workers that I know and the best customer service..

It's a pleasure to write a review for the Extra Space Storage Facility that I use. I have found the Staff there, in the past and currently, to Always be Courteous, Friendly, and Willing to Help and 'Go the Extra Mile' to help you. The two current Managers that I want to acknowledge are Chenice and Rosa. This is the best Storage facility in L.A.!! Grate location!! Excellent service!! Everyone who works here is so wonderful, helpful, & kind. they all should get a raise and bounus for how awsome they are!

First off, the onsite manager is absolutely amazing. She is always willing and very capable of delivering great customer service. I have rented one personal and one business space from this location and would definitely recommend to others looking for storage space in the area. Place is also clean and maintained daily. 5 stars!

Chenice the manager at this facility was beyond helpful, kind and patient despite my many many many many questions. Ultimately I didn't end up renting a unit due to security concerns of the unit itself. Everybody I have spoken to at Extra Space went above and beyond and I am really happy with the level of customer service.
