The best experience here getting signed up and able to access a good storage unit : Chenice was incredible on both days and held the special rate while I decided between two other properties. Jazmin was a welcomed energy while going thru all elevator and code entry procedures. This is a secure place to store things and extra care is taken with security on each floor. Thank you for my new little ‘home’ great job everyone!

Great initial experience with getting my storage unit set up. Had some hiccups with the digital app (only reason for 4 stars) but Elsie in the office was VERY kind and helpful! Looking forward to storing my things here.

RecommendedEvery single experience I’ve had with the staff here has literally been above and beyond. I’ve had my things stored here for a year and have needed help a few times including just now (shout out to the awesome Elsie!) and I’ve been handled like I’m some sort of VIP or something! The facility is immaculate and secure. 12/10 recommend!

Just love the all female staff at the Vine (off Franklin) facility. Friendly, helpful and.... helpful!!! (even rescued me from a stuck elevator once)

Great experience from start to finish. Reservations were very efficient and they recommended a rental option that ended up saving me money. Bluetooth access was wonderful and so convenient. Move out was very easy. The office staff was responsive and extremely helpful.
