I kept my things in storage for 6 months here and today is my moving day! Chenice went above and beyond to help me, I have been extremely impressed by the costumer service. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Sherry. Easy renting process, in person or through the app, as well as parking. Extra moving equipment, like dolly or flatbed, available. And tons of packing supplies for purchase. Mega convenient.

A beautiful young lady went through extra measures to ensure my move in process was smooth. I hate that I forgot her band but it started with an S. She was so nice, provided amazing customer support and I remembered her smelling very good that I had to ask her what perfume she had on LOL! Anyways this location is amazing for me because I no longer have to worry about keeping up with a set of keys or punching in a long code. So far so good. Went the other day to get a storage unit. Jose and a lady were very informative, and keen on making sure I felt comfortable.

I never leave yelp reviews but this was a great customer service experience. Their onsite staff was very helpful and kind, and their national call center staff were equally helpful, patient, and prompt.

Chenice helped me many times while I had rented space there. Extremely friendly and helpful. Always with a smile too. When I had a problem moving out, they were accommodating to my situation. Great customer service!!!

This place is awesome and the ladies who work here are the best! I've had such a great experience so far and the convenience is just what I was looking for. Great rate too. I feel so comfortable keeping my extra stuff here and knowing it's safe and in a clean environment!
