The manager that is working most times is a very pleasant, professional and friendly person. The storage is clean and well organized. No AC in the summer is a total bummer!!!! Other than that, it's a great storage place!

About This Extra Space Location #0325 on Vine in Hollywood: I have used this Storage Provider for about 10 years. I want people to know that I have Always found the Managers and Staff to be Helpful and Courteous. Over the years the Staff has changed, but I have always found the Managers on duty to be courteous and always happy to take care of me, my account and my storage needs. The elevator can be tricky, but the staff has always been extremely helpful. My move out could not have been easier -- I was able to submit my notice to vacate online, the inspection was performed on the day I moved out, and an email confirmation was sent shortly thereafter. Most importantly, I was NOT charged any extra fees since the notice to vacate was done in advance and I left it clean. Seems like they know what they're doing!!

Nice storage unit but elevators need improvements, after you input your code, you have to push the button asap or else it won't go to the floor you inputted. The storage units themselves are fine and work as needed, sizes are small and work for what you need, hard to store furnitures as it's pretty small. You get what you pay for.

I'm reviewing the customer service provided by the Extra Storage Space Assistant Manager, Gabriel Galino. His focus and professionalism really stood out during my recent visit there. He had no other person to help with phones, plus four customers ahead of me. Gabriel made the best out of a demanding situation and followed through with each customer to be sure all their questions and concerns have been met. I do hope this office more support to its staff. And big thanks to Gabriel for his efforts.
