From the moment I arrived on April 30th, I was met with rudeness and a clear lack of professionalism by the on-site manager, “Pete.” He was my first point of contact over the phone and greeted me in person with a tone that felt dismissive and hostile. This place is just terrible! I have had the worst experience with these people. Not one single month hasn't been a headache. They messed up the original contract, so I wouldn't sign it until it was corrected. They charged me a month rent and refused to correct the contract. Their response "just sign it and we will correct it later." WRONG! They now upped the cost of my rent after 6 months of headache. They did they quietly without giving me notice.
