My things were stolen by storage staff and my unit was broken into by staff. The main reason that i know it was storage staff that ‘ staged ‘ a break in, is because my former unit wasn’t near a camera at all , they assumed i was frequenting the property before/ after hours. They also assumed i didn’t have private insurance. And that i abandoned my unit , which they think gave them the right to touch my things. I have GREAT private insurance so i will be compensated. We walked into get a unit on Saturday, and Coy was so helpful showing us multiple units before we found the one that would work best for our family and our needs. We went back to the office to complete the paper work and were able to start moving in items right then. We have already made several trips to the storage unit and the facility has been clean and looks well taken care each time we visit. Thankful to Coy and the team for their help!
