The service I received here was absolutely phenomenal. Might I add, I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Lindsey! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process went smoothly for me. I really do appreciate how patient and kind she was!
Went here with a friend who bought a unit that was up for auction and was very pleased with the way the manager handled everything. Jonathan was awesome and we drove about 30 mins to get to this location and it’s a bit out of our way but we will not hesitate to bid on his units again because he was so nice and made sure we were aware of all the rules. We left the space clean after we got everything loaded up and it was a great experience alll the way around. Highly recommended if you can get a place from them.
Not happy with this rental place. I'm only a few months into my agreement and received a notice that my monthly bill is being raised 66%. I would have chosen a different rental place had I known this was their practice. I'll be moving out as soon as practical.
Had to update my review. Lindsay is so fun and friendly needed help and she provided it. Will definitely need to recommend her site to others
They made it so easy to move in. I was able to do everything online and access the space with a code to move in. It was great. But now, only three months after I've had all my belongings moved in, they send me a note that they're raising my monthly rent from $185 to $285!! This is a HUGE increase! Buyer beware. UPDATE: I called. They offered to lower my rate by $5 a month. And kindly advised me that rates will change every 3-4 months depending on street rates but that my rate SHOULDN'T increase much more.
