* I was a customer of Extra Space Storage and would not use again – even if it was free. 1. The Venice, FL Manager literally pressures new walk-in Customer's to hurry and write a "5-star" review BEFORE THEY LEAVE OFFICE. She did it to us, and we watched her do it to someone after us. 2. Front Security fence has fallen (you can literally walk in by stepping over fallen fence), and storage building has a giant TARP on roof in a cheap attempt to mitigate constant water leaks. 3. I've been renting from Extra Space Storage for 12 years. When I needed a bigger space, I did not consider looking for another company. The online app allowed me to find the size and location I wanted - a phone call to the facility confirmed my choice. Kyle even facilitated my move from one location to another by providing names of local movers and contacting initial location to get the transfer details taken care of.
