Aaron helped me figure out what size of unit I would need, answered all my questions, and was very polite and friendly.
They NEVER answer the phone! I guess it's fitting since they're also NEVER in the office during business hours. I paid on my bill on the app, yet it's not showing. It's showing in my bank account though and that's what I'll be using to prove it's paid. This could have all be resolved if someone actually worked there.

Update: Poor communication skills. No one told me this location specifically has you come back into the office when you're using your unit for the 1st time. So they had me sign up, checked my ID and had no issue charging me and now that I have my things I don't have access to the gate. Oh and of course it's after their office hours, so I call the Emergency Access. Nope couldn't help me and that's how I found out I have to come in with an ID again.... Yes the price is cheap but it is super ghetto! I got everything stole from me. A tv, x box and so much more. It is not worth it. I would much rather pay 20 dollars more to know my stuff is safe. They don't even have freaking cameras!! Like seriously? Anyone can break in and steal. I unfortunately lost everything. Don't recommend. They didn't even seem to care because it happens ALL THE TIME.

If you want to get broken into and ur stuff stollen then this is the place. So ghetto!!!! My unit was broken into TWICE!!!!! Was only told to collect insurance. Fuck this place!!!!!!

This place was horrible. I stayed for about a year in half maybe two years because who really wants to move in and out of a storage unit. I should've done more research on the place before I moved in but it was a rush move and the price really got me In. I've been using this facility for a long time. If you decide to rent just be aware that it is mandatory to buy the insurance. This was not the case with the previous owners. I went to get another unit and then after all the paperwork I'm told it will be 15 dollars a month more than what was quoted. I just said forget it. If you quote 100.00 then it should be 100.00 not 115.00
If anyone is planning on using a storage faculty...DON'T use ExtraSpace! They increase the unit rates with 30 day notice (I have rented for 5 months btw) and was told there is another increase after another 9 months. That is NOWHERE in the contract and was told by an employee named Chad (at the National headquarters) that it also doesn't say they WON"T increase rates. WTF? I AM SO SORRY I EVER RENTED FROM THIS COMPANY. I
