If i could give 0 stars i would. I was charged for a unit. That i didnt even authorize/sign the lease for or get a lock with them, when i asked the women to refund me because i did not use any of the service’s she told me i can get a refund but she will keep 30 dollars of my refund because someone had to process paper work/get my lock and code together. Yet again, i didnt sign a lease or go to the unit. Wahiawa extra space storage is a rip off.
