The main reason I chose this storage facility was because they had fair pricing, that was until after 4 months and they increased my price 100%. I specifically asked the employee on the phone if my rates would go up after paying my initial 4 months up front and she told me no. This whole process was 5 star because of the help Wendy was able to provide at the Castle Rock location. I didn't know much about storage and my options, especially to keep the cost at a minimum, while we search for a home. She was able to answer all my questions and assure me of all my concerns. Very rarely do I take the time to leave feedback, but sometimes I feel it is warranted and deserved. She helped us through the whole process and never seemed to rush me due to the time it was taken. Great service and employee here. It is rare to find big corporate business's that actually go above and beyond these days for their customers, but this Castle Rock Extra Space Storage really amazed me. Starting from when I first came in to finish my rental agreement to today when I went into the office with a quick question, the same lady at the front office genuinely went above and beyond to take care of my question, but also asked if my unit was working for me and that she could move me to another location if it didn't. ... read more
We used Extra Space Storage when moving and we needed a place to store items we didn't want moved by the moving company. This ended up being a great experience overall from signing up, gate access through the app and scheduling a move out. I would definitely use them again if I have extra storage needs in the future.
Great accommodation, Wendy was great in the office. clean, did have some issues. I hope the company will work with me.
