Our initial contact after hours was friendly and helpful. The next day Jennifer from Bluffton called me and explained how we could lease remotely at a facility near us. Those folks, in Chalfont PA, coordinated with Jennifer to ensure a problem-free leasing and access, which was on a Sunday (today). We had no problems accessing the site and our unit. It couldn’t have gone any better. And the facility is clean and secure.
Courteous and professional. Allowed for a painless move in, and were accommodating with pro-rating.
