If you don’t mind LS raising the rent by 20% after 2 months then the place is ok - Thornton, CO. They have the ability to raise your rent at anytime with 30 days notice which is standard in the industry. However, the 20% increase is unreasonable and overpriced compared to the market. This is for Extra Space Storage at **** ****, *************************. We had our RV stored here and numerous times the security gates were not working, so ***** stayed open most of the time. Several times we saw evidence that other RVs had been tampered with and we reported it to management. Recently our RV was broken into, damaged and much of the contents were stolen.
