They were very helpful in every way . Made the rental procedure simple and easy. Plus the special they were running couldn't beat it . Rented from the highway 6 location they were super nice !!!!
I am a new customer and wanted to share my experience checking in. Roberto was excellent. He was so patient and kind. I felt he took care of me and really went above and beyond. It was a Saturday and he was there as a favor as he usually manages another location. He made it a great experience for me.

I just started my account with the Life Storage in Aliso Viejo in California and everyone I've talked to has been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Brent checked me in yesterday and was very patient with me to make sure I received the online discount when I initially made a reservation. He and (I think Eric?) were both helpful when I came in person, once to look at the units available and again yesterday when I paid for getting my account started. I had looked at a handful of storage facilities in my area, and was so thrilled to come across Life Storage. It was by far the cleanest, and I felt the safest and most secure on their property. The customer service was also great. They were so patient and just went above and beyond to meet my needs at a price that was affordable to me. Highly recommend!
So far so good. The person who served us was very knowledgeable, and did a good job of explaining how the service works. Looking forward to continuing our use of the service.
Mahopac NY location is convenient sand has the best price in the area. They took the time on a rainy day to show me how to operate the lift since my unit is on the second floor. Check in was easy. Would recommend it to all.
