After only 4 months, my rental fee DOUBLED with no notice. When I questioned the increase, they had nothing to say but "you had an increase". BUYER BEWARE. They will lure you with a low rate and then increase it whenever they want.
Do not trust these people! They lure you in with a good rate, then jack up the rates without notice every few months. Not an ethical management team.
