Recommendedhi the woman that helped and I wish I could have ĝot her name was so helpful and understanding I hadn't looked at how many months I was paying for on a unit because I was in a hurry but later I saw I was billed for 4 months and I needed that money to pay for the other 3 I'm renting from them so what we did was refund all of the money and I didn't like that unit and billed me that one for just 1 month instead now its going to take 2 or 3 days to get all the money back from my first payment but I will get it all back so next w... read more

RecommendedI have been with Extra Space Storage for several years at the Beech Grove location and I highly recommend them. My storage unit is climate controlled and all of my belongings look exactly as they should. They also have wonderful customer service, every time I contacted them with any questions they always responded in full detail and with courteousness.
