Since 2021 after Hurricane Ida my belongings have been stored in your facility. One of the most impressive characteristics of your company is the human connection. Especially, Ms. S as I so endearingly call her when speaking to my daughter after receiving a text reminding me of my payment. In 2022 I returned to my hometown of Chicago due to my ailing father. I was hesitant about using any other storage after "Public Storage" discarded my belongings without my knowledge or an explanation. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs. You'll always have peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe.
I spent a week clearing out my storage unit and the beautiful sister at the front desk was super helpful every day I was on the property. She graciously answered my questions, helped me buy the supplies I needed , and formally arranged my move out date with ease
I was extremely impressed with my storage unit and the cleanliness of the entire facility. Shuron Williams was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything very well. I’m so glad my daughter recommended this facility to me.
This is an excellent place to store your stuff! It was very convenient to my home and those operating it are both friendly and helpful. The security is amazing there. I had improperly locked my space and received a phone call the next morning to inform me of the fact.
