Wonderful experience renting our unit today. We’ve had several storage units in the past elsewhere and this was by far, the easiest process! Andrew was incredibly helpful and informative. He walked us through our options and the property to ensure we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, positive, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We feel like the property is safe and clean and we feel confident in trusting our belongings at this facility.

I had a very pleasurable experience when I visited for the first time. Amber greeted me and walked me through the completion process. She then took me back to the unit and waited on me to check everything out. The new type of lock is great! Thank you

I transferred from space at public storage, and I was surprised, pleasantly surprised to see how clean and modern your facility was. Amanda was super with me. She was very professional and courteous. And help me fill out the paperwork and I was in and out of there very little time. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone that I come in contact with. Public storage cannot even compete with your company. There’s no comparison I will never go back to them again. I’m gonna be your customer for a very, very long time!

Our experience setting up our storage unit was outstanding. Andrew did a great job covering everything we needed to feel confident that the space will meet our needs. He was transparent with the problems the location had in the past and explained what has been done to remedy those issues. We are looking forward to the services at ExtraSpace.
